Nat and Tom we amazing to work with, you can see the love they have for each other and the love for their wee man already.
You will remember Sara and Jacob from their wedding back in October 2012, well sara contacted us again as she wanted to get some maternity photos done for their 2nd baby due in November this year and she wanted them done at 29 weeks, as she calls it the calm before the puffiness.
Mirrisa and Adam Maternity at Brighton Beach
Danielle contacted us about our Watch Me Grow Packages, and booked in our package that has 4 shoots so we started with her maternity out at Brighton Beach as they wanted to include their dog Kira.
Here is Photos from Sarah's 2nd Maternity Shoot
Amber and Scott were given a voucher that a friend had won from an advent at St Joseph primary School in Port Chalmers and decided to use it to document the 4th and Final Baby, so they decided to start with her maternity.
Long Beach as been a huge part of Ambers child hood so it was a fitting location for her maternity shoot
Sarah contacted us for a Maternity Progression photoshoot so we started the shoot when she was 6months
It was an ablsolut honer to be asked to capture this moment in Nicole and Jesse's life and we can't wait to meet the wee Man
Just loved this maternity shoot Andrea and Steve are such a lovely couple, they have so much love for each other, this shoot took place down at Long Beach Dunedin on a gorgeous sunny saturday morning, the only down side to it was the very high winter sun with hardly any colds in the sky, but other than that it was a perfect day
absolutely loved this maternity shoot the weather was perfect, It had been wet a couple of days before then the sun shone for Manjot and Jay for the start of their shoot and as soon as it finished the rain started again then rained for days. Manjot and Jay were blessed with a beautiful two hours.
This is Sonia and Tim's second Maternity Session, this time taken in our Studio. Can't wait for this little man to arrive and take his photo.
We had a Fantastic shoot on sunday with Carmel & Levi photographing their little miracle Bump. they have so much love for each other and already so much love for this wee Girl thats on her way,
We are super excited about sharing these maternity images with you and to announce our new Maternity Prop, The Anatolia, Zuria Gown from Bambinibabe, Sonia was our very first Mummy to-be to wear it.
Just look how stunning she is in this gown, simply beautiful.
As this was their first of Two Maternity shoots and One New Born with us we had the choice to either shoot outdoors or in studio if the weather decided to playup, as Sonia wanted some in studio and some in amongst the trees with romantic summer lighting.
Tina and I scouted out some locations such as Ross Creek and Woodhaugh Gardens For the best Possible place for what Sonia wanted.
Like most days in Dunedin, the weather forecast said one day that Sunday was going to be a beautiful day and Saturday as going to be raining so luckily the shoot was booked for Sunday, then the next day the forecast changed and said it would be raining Sunday and fine on Saturday so we decided to move the shoot backwards to Saturday but then it changed again saying both days were going to be raining, we just couldn't win! at least we had the studio as back up, we decided to take it as it comes and assess the weather on Saturday, and as we expected Dunedin put on a cracker of a day.
We packed the cars and headed to Woodhaugh.
Meet Steph and Mark
Waiting on their wee bundle of joy to arrive
Not long now till she's here
Thanks for letting us Capture these memories for you!
I think this Has to be my most favourite Maternity Shoot even though it was only our 2nd Maternity Shoot, i just love to make images that show the progression of a new life and to see how they change as they get older
Meet Chanel, while i was studying the Diploma in Photography at Aoraki polytechnic i had a plan to do progression shoot and enter it in to the NZIPP Awards under the student Category but unfortunately i couldn't complete it in time as bugs hadn't been born in time, so any way i still carried on and this was the end result i am going to try and keep it going as long as i can :)
here are the rest of the images i took along the way
This set of images were taken at the very fist shoot of the progression around 4-6months
and this set is from the 2nd shoot at around 7-9months
and this set was from the last shoot 7 days after Baby Brax was Born
Chanel thank you for agreeing to take part in my project i am so great full to you :)
